Who is Charlie?

I made Charlie up, you see and I am goin to tell you who he is! Charlie, is a fictional character made to represent my physical opposite. I made him up when my cousins and I were making prank calls to my family. We would talk in almost a high feminine voice. He acts like a child and you will often hear the phrase "i want to be a mongoose!" out of him.
