This just in, it has been revealed to the public that Rolie Polie Oile is in fact, NOT Ben Franklin. Instead, he has been living under the alias of Micheal Jackson, and is currently doing 9-10 in the popo. In a recent interview in jail, he states:
"I'm hapily turning over the Neverland ranch to Elmo."
